1. Cause: According to the information provided by the client, the customer purchased 5 sets of "ultrasonic equipment" involved in the case from the supplier for the welding of disposable masks. The demander found that the "ultrasonic equipment" involved in the case could not be used normally, and the equipment still could not be used after repeated guidance and adjustments by the supplier. In order to clarify whether the "ultrasonic equipment" involved in the case can complete the welding of disposable masks and whether it meets the safety requirements of relevant national standards and the product labeling requirements of relevant laws and regulations, the purchaser submitted an application for quality appraisal of the "ultrasonic equipment" involved in the case.
2. Process: Our appraisal expert team went to the location of the equipment and conducted on-site inspections such as visual inspection, on-site testing, and trial production of the equipment involved.
3, Result: The appraisal expert group discussed and comprehensively technical analyzed the relevant information, on-site investigation and test data of the "ultrasonic equipment" involved in the case, and gave the following appraisal opinions:
(1) The "ultrasonic vibrator" involved in the case cannot continuously and stably drive the welding head to produce high-frequency vibration under the driving of the "ultrasonic generator" involved in the case to complete the welding of disposable masks, and the welding quality of the masks does not meet GB/T 32610-2016 "Technical Specifications for Daily Protective Masks";
(2) The "ultrasonic equipment" involved in the case does not meet the safety requirements stipulated in GB 19517-2009 "National Electrical Equipment Safety Technical Specifications";
(3) The label of the "ultrasonic equipment" involved in the case does not meet the relevant requirements.
