Quality analysis results:
The quality analysis expert group discussed the relevant information and on-site investigation and inspection of the "drying production line" involved and conducted a comprehensive quality and technical analysis, and made the following suggestions and conclusions: HTMLTAGTOKEN EN41. There are problems with the structure and manufacturing of the scale seals at both ends of the rotary dryer in the production line involved. The sealing function is lost, the negative pressure in the rotary dryer cannot be formed, and the hot smoke easily escapes;

The internal pushing ability of the feed end of the rotary dryer is poor, and the material easily overflows from the seal of the feed scale; the discharge speed of the discharge bin at the discharge end of the rotary dryer is not coordinated with the discharge speed of the dryer, and the storage and buffering capacity is poor, which can easily lead to material Overflow and leakage from the seal of the discharging scale;
3, the air volume of the tail exhaust fan of the production line involved in the case failed to track and control the system pressure, the negative pressure of the system could not be formed and controlled, and the temperature difference between the incoming and outgoing materials could not be adjusted and controlled; the system had no temperature control tracking and adjustment measures; the combustion chamber was not equipped with refractory insulation materials, resulting in large heat loss, and the combustion chamber shell was easily damaged;
4, the feeding amount of the feeding belt conveyor was not measured, There are no measures to uniformly control the feed amount, and the processing capacity is uncontrollable; the feed hopper of the feed belt conveyor shows signs of improvement to adapt to loader loading; the feed belt conveyor feed hopper bracket and the burner bracket show signs of being reinforced; the combustion chamber shows signs of replacement;
5, the materials of the pulleys and supporting wheels of the production line involved, and the brands of some electrical appliances (electrical contactors, motor protectors and frequency converters) do not comply with the provisions of the "Configuration List Involved".
