According to the situation reported by the entrusting party and the information provided, the entrusting party signed an "Order Order" with a machinery company (hereinafter referred to as the supplier) to purchase a "CNC sheet metal uncoiling, slitting and rewinding production line (hereinafter referred to as the slitting machine)" involved. The client found serious quality problems with the equipment during use and could not proceed with production at all. Although the defendant later sent personnel to repair and replace most parts many times, the equipment still cannot be used normally.
In order to further clarify the reasons why the equipment cannot produce normally, the client hopes to conduct a quality analysis on whether the "slitting machine" involved has quality problems that prevent it from being used normally.

quality analysis expert group discussed the relevant information and on-site investigation and inspection of the "slitting machine" involved and conducted a comprehensive quality and technical analysis, and made the following suggestions and conclusions:
1. The electrical equipment has no data nameplate and no grounding mark; some external cables laid on the ground are not installed through any channels and do not comply with the relevant requirements of the GB5226.1-2008 "Mechanical and Electrical Safety Machinery and Electrical Equipment Part 1 General Technical Conditions" standard;

3, the welding quality has uneven welds and weld cracks (long The phenomenon of missing welding (length 210mm) does not meet the relevant requirements of the JB/T8609-1997 "Technical Conditions for Forging Mechanical Welding Parts" standard;
4, four parts should be connected by bolts (with bolt holes), but the welding method is actually used. The longitudinal installation dimension of the centering device mounting base is offset by 275 mm, and a connecting plate is added, which does not meet the relevant requirements of the GB/T26486-2011 "CNC Uncoiling, Leveling and Shearing Production Line" standard;
