To identify whether there are quality problems in the complete set of sewage energy conversion equipment supplied by the defendant XX Energy Co., Ltd. to the plaintiff XX Energy Company, and whether it can complete the five agreed process flows of concentration-conditioning reaction-compression-low-temperature negative pressure drying-granulation to achieve the contract purpose of sludge energy conversion. The
analysis expert group conducted discussions and comprehensive technical analysis on the relevant information, on-site investigation and test data of the "sewage treatment system" involved in the case, and made the following sewage treatment system quality appraisal analysis opinions:
