The equipment could not meet the agreement between the two parties, causing the equipment to be shelved and not put into use.
Therefore, the buyer believes that the dual-spindle CNC machine tool has quality problems. The supplier stated that the claws, clamping mechanisms, CNC programs and other processes of the two equipment are specially designed for the demander's parts.
Therefore, it is normal for some problems to occur during the debugging process. The supplier had proposed improvement plans for these problems, but they were shelved because the two parties could not agree on the time to complete debugging.
In order to clarify whether there are quality problems with the "double-spindle CNC machine tool" involved in the case, the buyer filed an application for quality appraisal of the "double-spindle CNC machine tool". The
analysis expert group conducted a discussion and comprehensive technical analysis on the relevant information, on-site investigation and testing data of the "dual-spindle CNC machine tool" involved in the case, and made the following quality appraisal analysis opinions of the dual-spindle CNC machine tool:
( 1) The appearance inspection, acceptance of the standard specifications of the machine body, and 24-hour no-load operation of the two "dual-spindle CNC machine tools" involved in the case are all in compliance with the "Product Ordering Contract";
(2) The technical information of the two "double-spindle CNC machine tools" involved in the case only includes operating instructions, The equipment packing list and the machine tool accuracy check list, a total of three items, do not comply with the agreement;
(3) The "double-spindle CNC machine tool" involved in the case can work normally after replacing the "clamping device", and the accuracy of some parts processed does not meet the agreement. The main reason is that the existing equipment involved in the case has The machining process plan cannot meet the parts manufacturing requirements;
