Company Profile
Particle size analysis usually refers to the analysis of particles. The methods and objects of particle size analysis are very wide.
For clastic deposits that are easy to decompose and leave, the screening method and sedimentation velocity method are usually used; for clastic deposits that are tightly consolidated and difficult to dissociate, the thin section identification method is usually used; for coarse gravel, the direct measurement method is usually used.
Based on the analysis results, the conditions and environment for the formation of sediments can be inferred. For particle size analysis instruments with different principles, the measurement principles they are based on are different, and their particle characteristics are also different. Only equivalent comparisons can be made, and direct horizontal comparisons cannot be made.
Zhongke Testing provides particle size/particle size analysis services and has CMA and CNAS qualification certification.
