NMR:Analytical Method

irradiates the sample with electromagnetic waves of a certain frequency, which can cause the atomic nuclei in a specific chemical structure environment to achieve resonance transition. During the irradiation scan, the signal position and intensity when the resonance occurs are recorded, and the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum is obtained. The position of the resonance signal on the NMR spectrum reflects the local structure of the sample molecule (such as functional groups, molecular conformation, etc.), and the signal intensity is often related to the amount of relevant atomic nuclei present in the sample.
