Cargo transportation condition appraisal is to make appraisals and suggestions on the transportation safety of goods based on domestic and foreign regulations and standards related to the transportation of dangerous goods. The "Cargo Transportation Condition Appraisal" covers four modes of transportation: sea transportation, air transportation, road, and railway. Because the judgment standards of various transportation modes are different, each report only shows the judgment results of one mode of transportation. If the same sample is required, reports for multiple modes of transportation must be issued at the same time.

According to the provisions of the United Nations "Recommendation on the Transport of Dangerous Goods", dangerous goods identified by cargo transportation conditions are divided into the following nine categories:

Category 2: Gas
Category 3: Flammable liquid
Category 4: Flammable solids, substances prone to spontaneous combustion, substances that release flammable gases when exposed to water
Category 5: Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides
Category 6: Toxic and Infectious Substances
Category 7: Radioactive Substances
Category 8: Corrosive Substances
Category 9: Miscellaneous dangerous goods
