Test Background
Textile product accessories refer to components in textile products that serve as connections, decorations, markings or other functions. The peeling strength test of textile product accessories can determine the peeling strength of accessories on textile products.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various textiles and provides professional shedding strength testing services for textile product accessories.
Scope of tests
is suitable for accessories made of various materials such as metal, textile, and plastic on textile products, such as buttons, zipper pullers, bows, pom-poms, and decorative pieces.
Test method
1. Clamp the main body and accessories of the product in the holder of the tester, stretch at a specified stretching rate until the accessories fall off or are damaged from the main body, and measure the maximum force; or stretch to a specified load for a certain period of time, and evaluate whether the accessories fall off or are damaged from the main body.
2. Check and record which type of damage is:
1) Detached from the main body (including damage to the attachment method);
2) The attachment is damaged;
3) The fabric is damaged.
