Test Background
Water deformation refers to the degree of blistering and wrinkling deformation on the surface of wool fabrics after being soaked in water, dried naturally, ironed with an iron, and balanced in a standard atmosphere. The water deformation test of woolen fabrics can measure the surface blistering and wrinkle smoothness of woolen fabrics after being soaked in water, naturally dried, ironed, and balanced.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has reliability testing capabilities for various textiles and provides professional water deformation testing services for woolen fabrics.
Scope of tests
is suitable for combing pure wool, wool blended and wool-type chemical fiber fabrics for clothing and decoration.
Test method
1. Soak the sample under the specified test conditions, dry, iron and balance, and then evaluate the degree of change in its appearance.
2. According to the water deformation rating sample rating, when the appearance blistering degree of the sample is in the middle of the two integer grades of the standard sample and there is no standard sample of half a grade, it can be expressed by the intermediate grade between the two integers.
