Infrared detector low pressure test

Infrared detector low pressure test-Physical Performance Testing-

Test Background

The purpose of low-pressure testing is to evaluate the ability of components, equipment or other types of products to be stored, transported and used under low-pressure conditions. Constant pressure conditions are generally used to simulate corresponding working conditions. The low-pressure test of infrared detectors can determine the adaptability of infrared detectors to storage, transportation or use under low-pressure conditions.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various infrared detectors, and provides professional low-pressure testing and other environmental testing services for infrared detector products.

Test Equipment

1. Temperature and pressure indicators should be installed in the low-pressure test chamber to determine the temperature and pressure, and the test chamber should ensure that the air pressure and temperature specified in the condition test are reached.
2. When the air pressure returns to normal, the air injected into the test chamber should be dry and clean, and must not contaminate the test samples and equipment.

Test Grade

The severity of the test is determined by a combination of temperature, air pressure and duration of the test.
1) Air pressure value: from 84~1kPa, altitude from 1.5~31.2km
2) Temperature: normal temperature is 15~35℃, high temperature is 40℃ or 50℃, low temperature is -55℃, -45℃, -40℃, -25℃, -5℃. Temperature tolerance ±3℃.
3) Duration: 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16h
