Test Background
When the ambient temperature of optical and photonics instruments changes, a water film may appear on the inner surface, which can cause the optical performance to be greatly reduced or exacerbated, such as corrosion and mold, among other effects.
The purpose of the voltage resistance test of optical and photonics instruments is to study the degree of change in the optical, climatic, mechanical, chemical and electrical (including electrostatic) characteristics of the sample affected by high pressure, low pressure or immersion in ambient gas, and to test its voltage resistance performance.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various optical and photonics instruments, and provides professional environmental testing services for optical and photonics instrument products.
Scope of tests
All optical and photonic instruments including ancillary components from other fields (such as mechanical, chemical and electronic equipment)
Test method
The high internal pressure test condition method is suitable for harsh environment tests that are exposed to the highest pressure due to use and transportation.
Instruments exposed to low temperature, high pressure or external high pressure must undergo low internal pressure testing (low internal pressure testing is also used under contamination or increasing internal humidity).
Instruments used for naked diving or underwater should be immersed.
