Solderability test of electrical and electronic products

During the assembly and welding process of electronic products, circuit boards and components can be soldered with terminals or solder paste. Poor selection of flux quality will cause welding problems and directly affect the quality of the product. The main welding problems include poor wetting, bridging, cracks, etc., which will increase the quality control workload and generate a lot of repairs, resulting in a waste of manpower and financial resources. For example, false welding, virtual welding and poor welding strength will directly lead to reliability problems.
The solderability test of electronic and electrical products is to determine the ability of the terminals of components and printed circuits to be easily wetted and to check the ability of the components themselves to not be damaged during the assembly and welding process.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various electrical and electronic products, and provides professional solderability testing services for electrical and electronic products.

1. Test the solderability of Ta wires and terminals to determine the wettability of the areas on the wires and terminals that need to be wetted by solder. If required, weak wetting must also be determined.
2. Test the ability of Tb components to withstand welding heat to determine the ability of the test sample to withstand the thermal stress generated by welding.
3. Test the solderability of Tc printed boards and copper-clad laminates. Determine the solderability of the areas required to be solderable on the following items, and include weak wetting test procedures.
a) Single or double-sided copper clad laminate;
b) Single or double-sided printed circuit boards with or without metallized holes;
c) Multilayer printed circuit board.
