Test Background
The low-pressure test for transport packages is suitable for evaluating the ability of transport packages and unit cargo to withstand the effects of low air pressure in pressurized warehouses and non-pressurized warehouse aircraft with flight altitudes not exceeding 3500 m during air transport, as well as the ability of the packaging to protect the contents.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various environmental testing equipment for transportation packages, has environmental testing and product reliability performance testing capabilities, and provides professional low-pressure testing services for transportation packages.
Test Principle
Place the test sample in the air pressure test box (room), and then reduce the air pressure in the test box (room) to the air pressure equivalent to the air pressure at a height of 3500 m. After maintaining this air pressure for a predetermined time, return it to normal pressure.
If necessary, the temperature can also be controlled at the same altitude during this period (see Appendix A of GB/T 4857.13-2005).
