Performance testing of transport packages

Transport packages refer to the overall transport packages formed by packaging products that are rectangular in shape and weigh less than 70 kg without pallets for the purpose of transportation and storage. Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various environmental testing equipment for transportation packages, has environmental testing and product reliability performance testing capabilities, and provides professional performance testing services for transportation packages.

The test sample is placed in the temperature and humidity test equipment according to the specified requirements, which is used to evaluate the test sample's ability to withstand changes in external climate conditions and the ability of the packaging to protect the internal contents. The temperature and humidity test can simulate cold, low temperature, standard temperature and humidity, damp heat, high temperature, and dry heat environments.
drop test
The test sample is dropped vertically on a hard, flat horizontal surface at a specified height to evaluate the test sample's ability to withstand vertical impact and the packaging's ability to protect the contents. Stacking test is a test that applies a certain load on the test sample to evaluate the test sample's ability to withstand stacking static load and the packaging's ability to protect the contents.
Random vibration test0 The test sample is placed on the table of the vibration test equipment, so that during the vibration process for a certain period of time, the particle movement period is irregular, and the process is never repeated exactly. Non-periodic vibrations that can only be studied using statistical methods are performed to evaluate the test sample's ability to withstand random vibration and the ability of the packaging to protect the contents. 1 2 Fixed frequency vibration test34 The test sample is placed on the table of the vibration test equipment and allowed to vibrate according to the specified waveform, vibration acceleration and fixed frequency conditions within a certain period of time. This test is used to evaluate the test sample's ability to withstand fixed frequency vibration and the packaging's ability to protect the contents.
