Company Profile
Rice refers to unprocessed rice, that is, rice seeds. It is the main product of the rice plant and is the grain obtained after harvesting, threshing and other steps.
Quality problems that rice may encounter include pests and diseases, mildew, high impurity content, and inappropriate moisture. For example, rice may be invaded by diseases such as rice blast and sheath blight during its growth, affecting its growth and quality. If rice is stored under improper storage conditions after harvesting, it may become moldy and produce mycotoxins, posing a threat to human health. In addition, impurities in the rice, such as stones and weed seeds, not only affect the purity of the rice, but may also interfere with subsequent processing. Rice with too high or too low moisture is prone to problems during processing and storage. For example, too high moisture may cause the rice to become moldy, while too low moisture may make the rice too fragile and easily broken.
In rice quality appraisal cases, Zhongke Testing can provide rice quality appraisal services.
