A prefabricated component factory of the applicant signed a "Concrete Production Line Procurement Contract" with an equipment company of the respondent, agreeing to purchase an automated production line with an annual output of 100,000 cubic meters. After the equipment was put into production, the wall panels produced had problems such as thickness deviation (±5mm) and insufficient concrete strength, which resulted in project acceptance failure. The component manufacturer believed that the equipment had design defects and demanded compensation for losses. The equipment company argued that the problem was caused by improper raw material quality or operation, and both parties went to court. Identification and analysis results:
