Vehicle-mounted LNG cylinders are high-pressure containers used to store and transport liquefied natural gas (LNG). They are usually installed on LNG vehicles, which can be trucks, buses, garbage trucks or other heavy-duty transport vehicles. LNG cylinders are designed with a high degree of safety and durability, capable of storing liquefied natural gas at extremely low temperatures, as LNG needs to remain liquid at a temperature of approximately -162°C under normal pressure.
The main purpose of vehicle-mounted LNG cylinders is as an energy supply for clean energy vehicles, supporting the long-distance driving of these vehicles while reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution. They are also suitable for specific applications where clean energy is required, such as ports, airports and industrial parks, as well as to provide temporary energy for rescue vehicles in emergencies.
