Dump truck quality appraisal

A dump truck, also known as a dump truck, is a truck whose cargo box can automatically tip over to unload its load. Dump truck quality appraisal can be analyzed from the following aspects:

1. Body appearance: There are no looseness, damage, deformation, or oil leakage in the various parts of the body, and the paint has no scratches, peeling, or falling off.
2, Chassis: The transmission system is normal and there is no abnormal noise, and the suspension, tires, braking system, and steering system are all normal and have no faults.
3, loading box: no deformation, damage, water leakage or fluid leakage, no dents or breaks on the bottom of the box, and the tightness test passed.
4, unit load mass and total mass: comply with legal weight limits.
5, operability: All operating switches are normal and sensitive, with no jamming or breakpoints. There is no need to use too much force during operation.
6, fuel consumption: Under the same conditions, the fuel consumption is consistent with the standard fuel consumption of this model.
7. Safety: Vehicles have certain safety protection functions, such as warning lights, seat belts, reflective signs, fire extinguishers and other facilities. Comply with the requirements of relevant national safety standards.
8, vehicle documents: The vehicle documents are complete, including vehicle certificate, driving license, insurance policy, environmental testing certificate and other documents.
