The truck involved in the case has no fixing measures for the middle axle brake system hose, and the gap with the longitudinal tension arm fixing bolt on the axle is too small, resulting in relative movement between the frame and the axle during driving, and the brake hose ruptures due to friction with the fixing bolt. When the vehicle is braking, the compressed air leaks, causing the middle and rear axle brake cylinders to fail to function, causing brake failure.
The truck involved in the case has traces of reinforcement in the middle and rear of the longitudinal beams on both sides of the frame, and the U-shaped bolts used to fix the carriage have been lengthened.
In summary, the truck involved in the case had serious quality problems and did not comply with national standards. It was an assembled vehicle.
