A steel pipe factory purchased a set of punching machine equipment from a machinery factory for material production. The machinery factory guaranteed that the quality of the punching machine equipment it sold complied with the technical standards agreed in the contract. However, during the acceptance process, the punching machine malfunctioned frequently, affecting the output of a single shift and failing to meet the standard. The steel pipe factory believed that the punching machine involved had quality defects and sued the local court.

Our company was entrusted by the court to identify the product quality issues of the punching machine involved in this case.

Identification analysis results:

The quality analysis expert group discussed and comprehensively analyzed the relevant information, on-site investigation and inspection data, and inspection and testing data of the "puncher" involved in the case, and made the following quality analysis opinions:
