A pharmaceutical company purchased a total of 4 sets of evaporation tanks of different models from a machinery company. The pharmaceutical company discovered that the evaporation tank had rust, corrosion and leakage problems after using it for several months. The metallographic structure morphology and macroscopic morphology of the weld position indicate that the weld has obvious quality defects and does not comply with NB/T 47015-2011 "Pressure Vessel Welding Regulations" and GB/T 13149-2009 "Technical Requirements for Welding of Titanium and Titanium Alloy Composite Steel Plate" relevant standard requirements, there are obvious welding quality problems.
