The plaintiff XX Experimental Equipment Co., Ltd. and the defendant XX Machinery Equipment Sales Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit in court over a sales contract dispute. The spinneret molds and spinnerets sold by the defendant could not be used normally and did not meet the quality standards agreed by both parties. They could not produce products, which resulted in the failure of the plaintiff's contract purpose.
Our company was entrusted by the court to undertake the analysis of the quality issues of the spinneret molds and spinnerets involved in this case.

The quality analysis expert group discussed and comprehensively analyzed the relevant information, on-site investigation and inspection conditions, and inspection and testing data involved in the case of "spinneret molds and spinneret plates" and made the following quality analysis opinions:
1. There is a leakage problem, which will affect the normal use of the equipment;
2 , the aperture does not meet the contract requirements, and the deviation exceeds the standard requirements;
3, the depth size does not provide the corresponding drawings, and no testing is carried out;
4, the pressure sensor is not installed, and the filter plate is one layer, which does not comply with the contract;
5, the spinneret does not comply with the spinneret hole section of the melt-blown spinneret in the standard.
