The defendant supplied the plaintiff with a mixed plastic crushing, cleaning, separation and recycling line. According to the contract, the goods arrived at the plaintiff's site and were inspected. It was found that there were quality problems in the material of the deep separation tank, the power of the equipment, and the process flow of the equipment. The plaintiff raised quality objections during the acceptance period and requested the defendant to return the goods, but so far the defendant has not received any response. Therefore, the plaintiff went to court as mentioned above.
Our company was entrusted by the court to undertake the quality analysis of the "plastic recycling production line" involved in this case.
appraisal analysis results: The
quality analysis expert group discussed and comprehensively technical analyzed the relevant information, on-site investigation and inspection, and inspection and testing data of the "Plastic Recycling Production Line" involved in the case, and made the following quality analysis opinions:
1) The exposed rotating shafts of the 25-degree water tank, the 13-degree water tank, and the 0-degree water tank are not 316 stainless steel, and some materials in the water are not 316 stainless steel, and do not meet the requirements of the "Technical Contract"; 2) The power displayed on the nameplate of the vertical dehydrator is inconsistent with the flow chart and the power in the "Technical Contract", which will affect the normal operation of the equipment. 3) The addition of augers, dry strippers and bucket elevators as well as the changed air separation unit equipment on site have increased the overall equipment operating power of the production line.
