rotary dryers are mainly divided into co-flow rotary dryers and counter-flow rotary dryers:
co-current rotary dryers are suitable for high initial moisture, and allow strong dehydration and drying of high-temperature-sensitive or flammable materials, such as clay, slag, coal and other materials.

An industrial products company purchased a set of rotary dryers from a machinery factory for material production. The machinery factory guaranteed that the quality of the rotary dryers it sold met the technical standards agreed in the contract. However, during the acceptance process, unexplained smoke leaks and material leaks occurred in the rotary dryer. The industrial products company believed that the rotary dryer involved in the case had quality defects and sued the local court.

1, there are problems with the structure and manufacturing of the scale seals at both ends of the rotary dryer of the production line involved, and the sealing function can be lost, the negative pressure in the rotary dryer cannot be formed, and the hot smoke is easy to escape;
2, the internal pushing ability of the feed end of the rotary dryer is poor, and the material easily overflows and leaks from the seal of the feed scale; the discharge speed of the discharge bin at the discharge end of the rotary dryer is not coordinated with the discharge speed of the dryer, and the storage buffer capacity is poor, which easily causes the material to overflow and leak from the seal of the discharge scale;
