1. Pressure test
During the test, use a high-pressure pump to pressurize the water to the specified pressure, and then check whether the chiller can work normally and whether the pressure condition is normal. 2. Temperature test
During the test, connect the chiller to the machine or equipment to be tested and immerse the thermometer in the water. Then, turn on the chiller and adjust the water temperature according to the working requirements of the equipment. By checking the thermometer reading, you can determine whether the chiller is working as required.
3. Environmental test
When testing, place the chiller in a certain environment, such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, etc., and observe the working condition of the chiller. By comparing the working conditions of the chiller in different environments, a comprehensive assessment can be made to determine its eligibility.
4. Performance test
When testing, it is necessary to measure the power of the chiller, the flow rate of the coolant and other parameters to evaluate whether its performance meets the requirements. By comprehensively evaluating various parameters, we can determine whether the chiller is qualified.
