The two evaporators involved in the case both had shell-side leakage, continuous undercutting and underfilling of the welds, the welding position of the upper tube plate and the cylinder coincided with the annular weld of the cylinder splicing, and the morphological characteristics of the sight glass were non-carbon steel materials, which did not meet the requirements of the equipment drawings and relevant standards.
