The client purchased a road roller sold by XX Company. However, quality problems occurred one month after the roller was shipped to the construction site. The company carried out repairs but failed. In order to clarify whether there are quality problems with the "road roller" involved in the case, the client proposed to conduct an appraisal of the "roller" involved in the case.
identification and analysis results:
The expert group conducted discussions and comprehensive technical analysis based on the relevant information of the "road roller" provided by the client, the on-site investigation and inspection results, and the sampling inspection results, and made the following quality analysis opinions:
1 .The model of the "road roller" involved in the case is inconsistent with the "Construction Machinery Sales Contract" signed between the manufacturer and the dealer and the user. The model of the diesel engine is inconsistent with the model agreed upon in the "Industrial and Mining Products Purchase and Sales Contract" signed between the manufacturer and the dealer and the model promised in the "Instruction Manual" of the road roller;
2 .The "roller" involved in the case has an original quality defect in which the vibrating wheel is deflected relative to the vibrating wheel frame, which will cause abnormal damage to some parts of the equipment;
3. The current "roller" involved in the case has an instrument panel that is deflected due to original quality defects or vibration caused by the deflection of the vibrating wheel; the diesel engine cover support Rod failure; abnormal phenomena such as cracking, fracture, desoldering of parts;
4. The lighting configuration of the "roller" involved in the case has quality defects that are inconsistent with the commitments in the "Instruction Manual";
5. The brake air pressure of the "roller" involved in the case currently does not meet the national standard GB/T 13328-2005 "General Requirements for Road Rollers" stipulates that the relevant indicators will affect the braking effect of the roller, pose safety risks, and should be considered a serious quality defect;
6. The diesel engine of the "roller" currently involved in the case has quality defects such as cooling water heating up quickly and the temperature is too high, which can easily cause damage to the diesel engine.
