An electrical appliance company purchased a batch of compressors for use in the production of refrigerators. After the batch of refrigerants was sold, customers successively asked to return the refrigerators due to compressor quality problems, resulting in huge economic losses for the electrical appliance company and resulting in disputes with the compressor manufacturers.
was entrusted by the court to conduct an appraisal and analysis on "whether there are quality problems" in the compressor involved.
appraisal analysis results:
The appraisal analysis expert group discussed the relevant information and on-site investigation of the compressor involved and made a comprehensive quality and technical analysis, and made the following suggestions and conclusions:
According to the sampling inspection, the compressor provided by the defendant compressor manufacturer had problems such as high temperature and blackening after use, loosening of the motor tie and damage to the motor, wear and tear of the connecting rod and crankshaft running pair, damage to the connecting rod, and jamming (rotation).
The main reasons are: the refrigerant charge in the refrigeration system or the throttling device of the refrigeration system is unreasonable, the amount of lubricating oil returned to the compressor in the refrigeration system is insufficient, internal overheating caused by long-term operation: the material of some compressor moving parts does not meet the design requirements, and it is not ruled out that the processing accuracy of some compressors does not meet the design requirements, and the original lubricating oil charge is too small.
