The pre-coated vacuum drum filter involved in the case is fixed with non-metallic braided ropes. The use of non-metallic braided ropes will cause filter damage. The liquid was immersed in the braided rope, which did not meet the "Hygienic Requirements for Mechanical Safety and Machinery Design"; the
filter slurry tank splicing weld and the drum annular weld were not polished, the drum base material fracture was not polished, and the drum's welding joints had welding nodules and spatter defects that did not meet the relevant requirements of the "Food Machinery Safety and Hygiene", that is, the pre-coated drum vacuum filtration system involved in the case cannot be used for food-grade production.
