was entrusted by a court to analyze whether the failure of the mask machine production line involved in the case to work properly was a quality problem with the mask machine production line itself.
quality analysis results: The
quality analysis expert group discussed and conducted comprehensive quality technical analysis on the relevant information and on-site investigation and inspection of the mask machine production line involved in the case, and made the following suggestions and conclusions:
1) The nameplates of the five mask machines involved in the case, as well as the assembled ultrasonic generator nameplates and gear transmissions, did not have safety protection installed, and there were no danger warning signs, and they did not meet the requirements of relevant standards.
2) The five mask machines involved in the case did not have cabinet doors installed under the ear strap loading and welding devices, which could not protect the internal ultrasonic generators and ultrasonic vibrators, posing safety risks and failing to meet relevant standards.
3) None of the electrical control cabinets assembled by the five mask machines involved in the case saw warning signs such as electric shock hazards, posing safety hazards and failing to meet relevant standards.
4) There is no equipotential connection between the doors and cabinet bodies of the electrical control cabinets assembled by the five mask machines involved in the case, and they do not meet the requirements of relevant standards.
