quality product dispute situation:
According to the relevant information provided by the client and the situation reported, the demander and the supplier signed a contract on June 11, 2016, agreeing that the demander would purchase an "oven control panel" from the supplier.
The buyer combined the "oven control board" with other components to produce an oven and sold it to the customer. The customer reported that during the use of the oven, there were faults such as inaccurate temperature control, incomplete or garbled digital display, and abnormal functions. The buyer believed that these failures were caused by quality problems with the "oven control board" involved. The supplier of
believes that these faults are caused by the oven produced by the demander not being produced in accordance with the "Product Confirmation" and violently installed or improperly installed during the production process. The digital tube display is incomplete or garbled, and the function is abnormal.
