Electric energy meter is also an electric meter, commonly known as electricity meter. According to the number of power phases, it is divided into two categories: three-phase and single-phase. Among them, three-phase electric energy meters are divided into two types: three-phase four-wire system and three-phase three-wire system.
Household electricity meters are generally single-phase electricity meters. Currently, single-phase electronic energy meters, or single-phase smart electricity meters, are becoming more and more popular. Compared with single-phase induction energy meters, they have higher accuracy, lower power consumption, smaller starting current, wider load range, and no mechanical wear and many other advantages.

1, divided according to structure and principle: induction energy meter, electronic energy meter.

1. Cause: The supply and demand parties signed a contract. When the supplier inspected the "electricity meter" involved, it was found that the A-phase voltage and C-phase voltage of the "electricity meter" involved were incorrectly wired, resulting in the electric energy metering device under-metering the amount of electricity. In order to find out whether there is a wiring error in the "electricity meter" involved in the case, and if there is a wiring error, to confirm the starting time of the supplement and the amount of electricity to be supplemented, it is necessary to submit a request to the court for quality appraisal of the "electricity meter" involved in the case.
2. Process: Our company organized an expert team to carry out two on-site inspections, and witnessed the entire process with both supply and demand parties. The supplier's technical staff read the meter data involved in the case from the backend system of the power grid, copied the "Account Data" file and brought the meter involved back for further analysis.
3. Result: The appraisal expert group conducted a discussion and comprehensive technical analysis on the relevant information, on-site investigation and test data of the "electricity meter" involved, and gave the following appraisal opinions:
1) The "electricity meter" involved in the case had wiring errors from **month **** to **month ****, which caused abnormal power consumption;
