The applicant XX Water Supply Company signed a "Water Meter Sales Contract" with the respondent XX Electric Co., Ltd. due to a water supply project. After the water meter was installed, most radio frequency smart water meters failed to recognize the radio frequency water purchase card and automatically closed the valve for no reason during operation. The water company believed that the water meter involved had quality defects and sued the local court.
