A leakage accident occurred in a bathroom heater in a community. The victim had a newly installed bathroom heater in his home and had been using it for less than a month. His wife fell due to electric shock while taking a bath, causing cerebral hemorrhage. She was sent to the hospital and died after rescue efforts failed.
