Mold quality appraisal is the process of quality inspection and evaluation of manufactured molds. Mold quality appraisal is a very important task. It can ensure that the manufactured molds meet quality standards, improve the service life and performance of the molds, thereby improving production efficiency and product quality.

Mold quality appraisal can be analyzed from the following aspects:

1. Appearance inspection: Check whether the surface of the mold is smooth and flat, and whether there are defects, cracks, etc.
2. Dimensional inspection: Check whether the dimensions of the mold meet the requirements, focusing on the main dimensions and tolerances of the mold.
3, real twist test: Use professional equipment to conduct sound test to detect whether the mold has abnormal noise and whether it is twisted or deformed.
4, material testing: Check whether the material used in the mold meets the requirements, check the hardness, strength, toughness, etc. of the material.
5, molding inspection: The product is manufactured through the mold, and the quality of the product is checked to see if it meets the requirements, especially the size, appearance and accuracy of the product.
